On the quest for something other than beef or chicken for dinner, I’ve finally perfected pork chops!
What you need:
First things first:
Preheat oven to 375*
Make yourself a drink.
My drink tonight?
Vitamin water 🙂
And no one knows it’s vodka since I put it in a coffee cup. Clearly, it’s coffee.
Ok, next.. Distract the children..
OK! Let’s get back to the chops!!!
I never measure anything so just a couple globs of mayo in a bowl (I’d guess a 1/2 cup).
Add about the same amount of shredded cheese and a little spoonful (the strawberry shortcake spoon is probably 2 teaspoons).
Mix it up!
Slather the mayo mixture on each chop and plop them in the bag to coat with cornflakes.
I like those words.
Place chops on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Seriously. The most amazing pork chops I’ve ever had!
