My Meal Plan {October 13th, 2013}

This is my first meal planning entry! I’m SO sick and tired of taking HOURS to plan out our weekly menu and then have to shop for it all too! The purpose is to eventually have multiple weeks worth of meals all ready to go, so no more wasted time! Here is my first week plus a preview of the following!!! ENJOY!

SUNDAY: Chicken Teriyaki with Veggies over White Rice

MEATLESS MONDAY: Butternut Squash Mac n Cheese

TUESDAY: Nacho’s AND Burritos (lol, we couldn’t narrow it down so we get BOTH!)

WEDNESDAY: Baked BBQ Chicken (legs & thighs) with glazed carrots, green beans, and rice pilaf

THURSDAY:  Baked Spaghetti & Meatballs

FRIDAY: Breakfast Casserole {eggs, bacon, tater tots, cheese}

SATURDAY: Pulled Pork Sandwiches (Lloyd’s) with Sweet Potato Wedges and Spicy Ranch

Coming Next week….

SUNDAY: Cornflake Chicken with Jo Jo’s and Slaw

MEATLESS MONDAY: Sweet Potato and Black Bean Quesadilla’s (still a favorite thanks to PAM!)

TUESDAY: Grilled Chicken Salad with Cranberries, Bacon, Walnuts, and Mozzarella

WEDNESDAY: Lasagna and Garlic Bread
