5k Running Plan

I think this will be the best way for me to get where I need to be. Plus, it’s not about the scale.. it’s about my body’s accomplishments that will be the proof of my efforts. The weight coming off will simply be a side effect of the work.

  1. Good luck! I’m about to restart my running program since I’ve taken 2 months off D: I want to get to a 10k sometime this year!
